Pros. Can I have your advice on the 10-piece stainless steel cookware sets.?

All I'm looking sets are mirror finish stainless an aluminum core in base for even heat distribution. All handles are heat resistant. The KithchenAid are rubber coated. Cuisinart - KitchenAid $ 110 - limit temps rubber grips oven to 400 degrees. - $ 120 Emerilware (made by All-Clad) - glass lids. Elegant coated copper base. - $ 170 I want to know which direction in which the chefs who are familiar with multi-layered stainless cookware that I leave.

Go with the Cuisinart. copper base style (it has one) seems to crap after use, it has to be polished (no time) with the help of kitchen rubber handle that has to do in the oven (do not have time for that either). Buy a good heavy series that does not cost the world as the Cuisinart. Happy Cooking!
