It is done with a pot espresso as good as he did in a 15 bar machine?
I am thinking of buying the Bialetti espresso pot
I use a moka pot stove (VEV Vigano) and an espresso machine Rancillio. Moka Pot coffee does not boil unless walk and let keep the kitchen after have made the brewing. In reality, this can damage the seal of the moka pot. Moka pots make delicious espresso, although not as rich as a quality machine (but much better than many cheaper machines). The only thing that will do well is to make cream firm (although the Brikke Bialetti is the only one who does). Best of Moka pots do not need expensive a grinder machines and that are more tolerant to the inconsistency of the technique (something that needs to be accurate with a machine). I use my VEV Vigano, even more than my machine. It is always delicious.
