Espresso machine: steam attachment falling into the milk!?
Hey guys, I have a Delonghi Magnifica 3300? 3500? I am so frustrated at the moment. After 6 months of use without fault, suddenly the wand attachment and pop while im chasing the milkshake. The milk is everywhere! It burns your fingers! I have cleaned depth and I just cannot find what the problem. Has anyone had a problem like this? Thanks heaps =)
Well, I would be writing to the company. If you burn your fingers can be a case of "could have been worse ..." It seems we were lucky. Steam is really dangerous. And that would have spilled milk been crying about is nothing more to add to the whole nasty scenario. Yes, I definitely write to the company, tell them you want a replacement, or refund your money, because that should not happen.
