How can I keep coffee hot French press after beer?
My boyfriend and I love pressed coffee. I am sure that no is necessary to explain to the veteran coffee purists why it is so tasty. Anyway, he likes to have more than one cup to drink (like me), but our problem is that it takes forever to finish a drink and, by the time he's done and ready for a recharge, the coffee is cold. I thought about buying a thermal carafe, but not sure if it's worth the investment. I have also re-heated in a microwave oven, but you know horrible that way. Any tips or advice? Moreover, This video shows another good way to prepare coffee, but do not know where to get the filter Alton Brown uses a suggestion ... no?
